Getting started with CrossFit Puyallup

Everyone starts with a FREE “No Sweat” meeting and gym tour with one of our coaches to help us get to know you and your goals. We prefer to do this in person, but we can also speak by email or a phone call.

Then, we will get you started on the right path for you! We have three primary paths to get you going on your CrossFit journey to reach your goals.

  1. Foundations Training - Solo or partner training for 3 sessions to prepare for classes. The “fast track” for beginners to get started. This option is best for beginners.

  2. Assessment & Orientation - 1 hour session to to get to know you and your fitness level and introduce you to our gym, warm ups and drills. Jump right into classes after that. This option is best for those with a little prior CrossFit experience.

  3. Jump right in - You have prior CrossFit experience and you feel ready to jump into group CrossFit classes.
